Yeezy Boost 700 V2 Geode

Building on the success of a silhouette touted as one of the pioneers of the ‘Dad Shoe’ movement, Kanye West now looks to release roll out the Yeezy 700 Geode, the sort of sequel to the widely popular Static colourway. Released in March 2019 the Yeezy 700 V2 Geode combines a black upper with numerous shades of autumnal brown on some of its mesh underlays, and multiple layered elements all throughout that come done up in buttery suede and moulded rubber. The Yeezy Geode design is complete with a set of flecked, trail-ready laces that appear to boast a reflective effect, while its chiselled outsole calls upon a natural gum colour featured on many past Yeezy drops to nicely complete this down to earth aesthetic. The Yeezy Geode is understated for a Yeezy but boasts a lot of what you’d expect from a chunky dad shoe, but make no mistake about it, if your old man is wearing a pair of these he is one cool Father.
